    United Kingdom

    We service all deliveries within the United Kingdom (excluding the areas below) with a Royal Mail service for smaller items, or a premium next day courier service. 90% of our deliveries are received next day by the customer, but where this is not possible please do bear with us. We try our best to ship items the same day as the order, and deliver to the customer the following day.

    Channel Islands/Highlands of Scotland/Islands/Northern Ireland

    These items will be despatched as normal within 1 working day, however please allow for some extra days for delivery as these items are sent on a 2-3 day service. We are unable to offer next day service on these locations but we will try our best to get the item to you as soon as possible. Europe / Rest of the World – When we ship to Europe or elsewhere in the world, we take a few hours extra to triple check the delivery and the product. Shipping to Europe is generally by international courier road economy service and takes between 3 and 7 working days. Shipping outside of Europe will be by international air courier. Smaller items by postage services will take longer, so please bear with us. Any customs or duty charges are NOT included in our listings and the buyer will be liable for those charges in their own country. We only ship to PayPal approved addresses and cannot update the delivery address after shipping.

  • Privacy/Security/Terms and Conditions

    Until full payment for an order is received including any additional delivery charges the order will not be deemed “accepted”. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any order or part thereof. We will send you email confirmation when an order is accepted as well as when an order has been despatched. Once the order is accepted and delivered any statutory consumer laws will take effect and a binding contract will be created from that point. All orders are subject to availability. If any item ordered is not in stock, we will notify you ASAP. You will then have the option of an alternative, a refund or to wait for the stock to arrive. Prices are subject to change and are set in our local currency Pounds Sterling. Where applicable they are inclusive of UK Value added Tax. Delivery charges may apply in addition to stated sale prices and will be added at the time of checkout. If for any reason a price is incorrect, we will endeavor to correct this as soon as possible after being advised of this, should this affect your order we will contact you and discuss with you any alternatives or options we can provide. We will not be bound to a low price should it be a genuine mistake. We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site. These Terms and Conditions have been written and will be governed by English Law, the English Courts will have full jurisdiction over any disputes and the contract between us. Riderwear.net will match any genuine competitor’s price including delivery. The item must be in stock and written confirmation may be requested. To take advantage of this offer you must show us this offer in advance of purchase or within 5 days of ordering from us. We reserve the right not to honour the price promise should any malice be deemed or suspected. This Policy is in place to ensure fair play and where we feel any malice has occurred it will not be honoured. Should an order be for overseas delivery any duties or customs charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and are unable to specify them in advance. You should make your own enquiries with your local customs officials.

  • Returns & Replacements Policy

    30 Day Change Your Mind Returns

    Riderwear respects your statutory rights, but in addition we offer an extended period of 30 days from purchase to change your mind and have a full refund or exchange. Please take care to return the product in the same condition it was delivered in including all tags and stickers remaining attached. The item must be in its original packaging and be unused. By all means try them on but please do not go out in them.

  • Faulty Products

    If you find an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault we recommend you contact our support team via email to info@riderwear.net, or call us on 0191 2302929. If possible include a full description of the issue with pictures. Our staff are trained to assist you in a swift and friendly manner, we can try and resolve the issue remotely or arrange to collect/return the item with you should it be required. In some instances it may be necessary to refer you to our supplier’s warranty department, in which case we will endeavor to liase with them and you and make the process as efficient as possible.

  • Track your Item

    When returning any item for repair/refund/exchange it is important that you use a tracked service to return the item. We cannot be held accountable for goods that have been lost in transit.
